Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd. (AIM:RQIH) (the “Company”), the leading non-life global specialty insurance company focusing on Program Management and Legacy Insurance businesses, is pleased to announce that application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange plc, trading as Euronext Dublin (“Euronext Dublin”) for its $125 million unsecured floating rate subordinated notes due 2033 (the “Notes”) to be admitted to the Official List and trading on the Global Exchange Market.
Admission is expected to take place on or before 31 March 2021 under the ISIN XS2261165679.
The Notes were issued on 16 December 2020 and will not be rated by any rating agency.
